Reviewing your coaching analysis

Once a coaching session ends, Meetfy puts together an analysis so you can reflect on the conversation afterward: what was discussed, what tips came up, and how it went.

Find your analysis

  • For a coached, booked meeting: open the meeting from your Meetings tab. Its analysis appears on the meeting's detail screen once ready.
  • For a spontaneous session with no booking: open the Recordings tab and select the Coachings section, then tap the session you want to review.

What's included

  1. A summary of the conversation.
  2. The tips the coach gave you during the session, in order.
  3. Any notes you added yourself. See Taking notes during coaching.
  4. Any photos you captured during the session, along with the moment they were taken. See Photographing documents during a meeting.
  5. If you prepared for the meeting beforehand, the analysis also reflects how the conversation matched your goals and the points you planned to cover. See What is meeting preparation.

Good to know

  • The analysis is generated automatically at the end of the session, so there's nothing you need to trigger yourself.
  • Spontaneous coaching sessions are listed by date, so the most recent one appears at the top of the Coachings section.
  • If you used a custom prompt for the session, your analysis also keeps a copy of the exact wording you used. See Saving and reusing your own coaching prompts.
