What the evaluation costs

You only pay for what Meetfy evaluates for you – per minute, image or analysis. The credit costs are the same in every plan.

You buy credits directly in the Meetfy app (App Store or Google Play) or in your dashboard at account.meetfy.ai, where you pay via Stripe. The current prices are shown there before every purchase.

What is a credit? +
Credits are how you pay for evaluations in Meetfy. Each evaluation uses a fixed number of credits: live coaching 3 credits per minute, image analysis 5 credits per image, meeting analysis 2 credits per analysis and transcription 1 credit per audio minute.
What is free? +
Taking photos (captures), recording audio and preparing meetings are free. Credits are only used when Meetfy evaluates something: live coaching, image analysis, meeting analysis and transcription.
Where can I buy credits? +
You can buy credits in the Meetfy app via the App Store or Google Play, or in your dashboard at account.meetfy.ai (payment via Stripe). The binding prices are shown there before every purchase. App prices can be slightly higher because of store fees.
Is the Basic plan really free? +
Yes. Basic has no monthly fee, you only pay for the credits you actually use. Basic includes 1 user, up to 15 stored recordings and up to 20 stored transcriptions.
What happens when I reach the storage limit in Basic? +
In Basic you can store up to 15 recordings and up to 20 transcriptions. Once you reach a limit, delete older recordings or transcriptions before you save new ones.
Do credits expire? +
No. Credits you've bought don't expire and stay in your account until you use them.
How do I get Enterprise? +
Enterprise is activated on request. Just contact our support team at contact@meetfy.ai and we'll set up the right package for you, including storage for recordings and transcriptions tailored to your needs.
Which users and roles does Enterprise include? +
With Enterprise, multiple users work in one account. A role system lets you decide who manages the account (owner) and who uses it (user). The number of users is agreed individually.
