Photographing documents during a meeting

Audio alone doesn't capture everything discussed in a meeting like a whiteboard sketch, a printed document, or a slide on a screen can matter just as much. Meetfy lets you photograph these moments directly from the recording or coaching screen.

Take a photo

  1. During a recording or a coaching session, tap the floating camera button.
  2. Your device's camera opens — take the photo.
  3. Optionally add a short note describing what's in the photo.
  4. Confirm to upload it.

A small counter on the camera button shows how many photos you've taken during the current session.

Good to know

  • The camera button is available on-site and during online meetings, whenever there's something worth capturing visually.
  • Photos taken during a coaching session are analyzed and folded into that session's analysis. See Reviewing your coaching analysis.
  • Photos taken during a plain recording (no coaching running) are stored with your recording for later reference.
  • All your captured photos are available afterward in the Photos section of the Recordings tab. See Viewing and managing your photos.

Troubleshooting

  • Camera won't open : Check that Meetfy has camera permission in your device settings.
