Your Meetfy login is the same account you use on the web. If you've forgotten your password, you can reset it safely and get back in within a couple of minutes.
Reset your password
- On the login screen, tap Forgot password.
- Follow the link to the secure password-reset page.
- Enter your email address and submit the request.
- Check your inbox for the reset email and choose a new password.
- Return to Meetfy and sign in with your new password.
Good to know
- The reset link is time-limited for your security. If it expires, just request a new one.
- After resetting, you may be asked to sign in again on all your devices.
- Once you're back in, you can re-enable biometric unlock (see Logging in and staying logged in) so you won't need to type your password next time.
Troubleshooting
- No email arrived? Check your spam folder, and confirm you used the same email that's on your account.
- Still locked out? Contact your account administrator or Meetfy support.
