Meetfy uses your existing account. Sign in once, then let your device unlock the app with biometrics so you never have to type your password again.
Sign in for the first time
- Open Meetfy.
- Enter your email and password.
- Turn on the biometric unlock toggle if you'd like faster access next time.
- Tap Log in.
If your account belongs to more than one workspace, Meetfy opens in your default account. You can switch anytime; see Switching between accounts.
Unlock with Face ID or fingerprint
Once biometric unlock is enabled, reopening Meetfy is instant:
- Launch the app.
- Confirm with Face ID or your fingerprint when prompted.
- You're back in; no password needed.
Your login stays valid in the background, so a quick biometric check is all it takes.
Tips
- Biometric unlock is optional. If you skip it, you'll simply sign in with your password each time.
- Your password is never stored on the device, only a secure token that biometrics protect.
Troubleshooting
- Biometric prompt doesn't appear? Make sure Face ID / fingerprint is set up in your device settings and enabled for Meetfy.
- "No account access"? Your user isn't linked to any workspace yet. Ask your account administrator to grant you access.
- Login rejected? Double-check your email and password, or reset your password.
