If you work across more than one workspace, Meetfy lets you switch between them in seconds. Everything you see, meetings, recordings, coaching belongs to the account you're currently in.
Switch your active account
- Tap the account name at the top of any screen. It shows your current account and opens a chevron menu.
- A list of all the accounts you can access appears, with a checkmark on the active one.
- Tap the account you want to switch to.
Meetfy instantly reloads your meetings, recordings and preferences for the new account.
Good to know
- If you only belong to one account, the switcher is hidden; there's nothing to switch to.
- Account owners see their own account first in the list.
- Recordings and meetings are tied to the account they were created in. A recording made in account A only appears while you're in account A.
Troubleshooting
- An account disappeared from the list? Your access to it may have been changed by its administrator. Meetfy shows a short notice and falls back to a valid account.
- Wrong data after switching? Pull down to refresh the list and the app fetches fresh data for the account you just entered.
