# Resetting your password

Your Meetfy login is the same account you use on the web. If you've forgotten your password, you can reset it safely and get back in within a couple of minutes.

## Reset your password

1. On the login screen, tap Forgot password.
2. Follow the link to the secure password-reset page.
3. Enter your email address and submit the request.
4. Check your inbox for the reset email and choose a new password.
5. Return to Meetfy and sign in with your new password.

## Good to know

- The reset link is time-limited for your security. If it expires, just request a new one.
- After resetting, you may be asked to sign in again on all your devices.
- Once you're back in, you can re-enable biometric unlock (see [Logging in and staying logged in](https://www.meetfy.ai/en/helpcenter/getting-started/logging-in-and-staying-logged-in)) so you won't need to type your password next time.

## Troubleshooting

- **No email arrived?** Check your spam folder, and confirm you used the same email that's on your account.
- **Still locked out?** Contact your account administrator or Meetfy support.
