During a live coaching session, Meetfy can show a real-time score that reflects how you're coming across as you speak, a quick, at-a-glance signal alongside your tips.
What it measures
The score combines several signals about your delivery and how you're balancing the conversation:
- Delivery: your pace, filler words, energy and how you use pauses.
- Balance: how much of the conversation you're taking up versus leaving space for the other person.
These combine into a single number from 0 to 100, shown live with a trend indicator so you can see whether it's rising, falling, or holding steady.
Reading the score
- Start a coaching session as usual.
- After a short warm-up period, a score appears on the live coaching screen.
- Alongside the number, you'll see one short, focused suggestion: the single thing most worth adjusting right now, rather than a long list of feedback.
- Tap the score to open a full breakdown of what's behind it.
Good to know
- The score is specific to the current session and resets each time you start a new one; nothing is saved permanently.
- It isn't shown in Listening mode, since it measures your own speaking and isn't relevant when you're the one listening. See Using listening mode.
- You can adjust what the score focuses on and how sensitively it detects your voice. See Adjusting what your score focuses on and Fine-tuning voice detection for your score.
Tip
Use the score as a directional signal, not a strict grade. It's there to nudge you toward one concrete improvement in the moment, not to judge the whole conversation.
