Who can see which meetings

Meetfy's meeting list respects your role in the account, so team members only see what's relevant to them.

The rule

  • Account owners see every meeting booked under the account — upcoming, past and cancelled, for all participants.
  • Other account members see only the meetings they are personally assigned to.

This applies automatically; there's nothing to configure. The same rule extends to your recordings and photo captures and you'll only see the ones you created, unless you're the account owner.

Why this matters

If you're a team member and a meeting you expect to see is missing from your list, it likely hasn't been assigned to you yet. Ask your account owner or administrator to check the assignment on that booking.

Good to know

  • Opening a meeting you're not assigned to (for example, by following an old link) simply shows "not found" rather than any details — this protects the privacy of meetings that aren't yours.
  • If you switch to a different account (see Switching between accounts), the same rule applies again for your role in that account.
