You can top up your credit balance right from within Meetfy, using your usual App Store or Google Play payment method.
Buy credits
- Open Settings and tap Buy credits, or tap the same option from a low-credit prompt during coaching.
- Browse the available credit packages and their prices.
- Choose the package you'd like.
- Confirm the purchase through your device's usual App Store or Google Play checkout.
- Once the purchase completes, your credit balance updates automatically.
Good to know
- Payments are handled entirely through Apple's or Google's standard purchase flow, Meetfy never asks for payment details directly.
- Credits typically appear within a few seconds of completing the purchase. If your balance doesn't update right away, give it a moment and check again.
- Purchased credits are added to the same balance used across your account, not a separate mobile-only total.
Troubleshooting
- Purchase completed but balance didn't update Reopen the Buy credits screen, it refreshes your balance automatically. If it still looks wrong after a minute, contact support with your purchase receipt.
