# Managing notifications

Meetfy can send you push notifications for things like an upcoming meeting you
haven't prepared for yet. You're in control of whether these are turned on.

## Turn notifications on or off

1. Open the Settings tab.
2. Find the notifications option.
3. Toggle it on or off.

When turned on, Meetfy registers your device to receive notifications. When turned
off, no notifications are sent.

## What notifications are used for

## Good to know

- Notifications also need to be allowed at the device level. If they're enabled in Meetfy but you're still not receiving them, check your device's system settings for the app.
- Turning notifications off doesn't affect anything else in the app; meetings, recordings and coaching all continue to work normally.
