# Opening meeting details

Tapping a meeting in your list opens its detail screen, the hub for everything related to that specific meeting.

## What you'll find

1. **Date and participants** : the scheduled time (in your local time zone) and who you're meeting with.
2. **Open meeting** : for online meetings, a button that opens the meeting link directly (video call, conferencing tool, etc.).
3. **Prepare** : jump into meeting preparation to capture context about the person you're meeting. See [Preparing for a meeting](https://www.meetfy.ai/en/helpcenter/meeting-preparations/preparing-for-a-meeting).
4. **Start recording** : begin recording the conversation. See [Recording a meeting](https://www.meetfy.ai/en/helpcenter/recordings/recording-a-meeting).
5. **Start coaching** : begin a live coaching session for this meeting. See [Starting coaching for a meeting](https://www.meetfy.ai/en/helpcenter/coaching/starting-coaching-for-a-meeting).

After the meeting, this same screen shows your coaching recap and any photos you captured, once available.

## Good to know

- For group meetings, the detail screen lists all attendees, not just the main contact shown in the list.
- Cancelled meetings still open their details, but recording and coaching actions are not relevant for them.

## Troubleshooting

- **Meeting not found** : If you're not the account owner, you may not be assigned to this meeting. See [Who can see which meetings](https://www.meetfy.ai/en/helpcenter/meetings/who-can-see-which-meetings).
